Send your inquiry
The planner builds a complete, organized message and opens your email app so you can review it and press send.

We reply with details
We confirm availability, talk through the flow of the day, and answer questions about space, timing, and guests.

Confirm the celebration
Once the date, location, and guest count are confirmed, we lock the plan and send a written summary.

Collect guest information
Use My Party to track the guest list, allergies, photo permission, and waivers in one place.

We arrive and set up
The bus pulls up at your address, the host sets each station, and the lighting and music are ready before the first guest steps on.
