Safety and supervision

The standards behind every party

Parents should be able to hand over the celebration and know exactly how it is run. Here is how we do it.

Our standards

Six areas we hold to a checklist

Supervision

  • A host stays with the group for the entire party.
  • Guests stay together in one space so nobody is separated from the group.
  • A parent or guardian remains reachable at the arrival address.
  • The host sets clear expectations with the children at the start.

Cleaning and sanitation

  • The bus is cleaned and restocked after every party from a written checklist.
  • Single-use items are used wherever items touch skin or nails.
  • Tools and stations are cleaned between guests.
  • Surfaces, seating, and floors are cleaned between parties.

Products and sensitivities

  • Products are age-appropriate and kid-safe.
  • Allergies, sensitivities, and product concerns are collected before the party.
  • Stations are adjusted for the group when a guest needs an alternative.
  • Nail activities are gentle and age-appropriate — no harsh treatments.

Onboard and on the road

  • The bus is parked and stationary for the entire party.
  • Entry and exit are supervised by the host.
  • Emergency supplies are stocked and checked before each party.
  • Licensing and insurance are kept current for the vehicle and the business.

Photos and permission

  • Photo permission is collected for every guest before the party.
  • Guests without permission are not photographed.
  • Photos are only shared with the permission the parent gave.

Waivers and records

  • A waiver is collected for each guest attending.
  • Guest information, allergies, and permissions are tracked in one place.
  • Missing information is followed up on before the party date.
