What to expect
The parent-side details
One address, one arrival time
Every guest gets the same directions. No venue to find, no parking puzzle, no staggered arrivals.
Nothing to set up
The stations, robes, decor, music, and lighting all arrive on the bus and leave with it.
A host runs the party
You are not the entertainer. The host welcomes each child, runs every station, and keeps the group together.
Allergies and sensitivities are planned for
Share allergies, sensory needs, and product concerns in the planner and we adjust the stations before we arrive.
Photo permission is asked, not assumed
You tell us which guests may be photographed. We follow that list.
Clean-up is ours
The bus is cleaned, restocked, and reset from a written checklist after every single party.
Before the day
What we need from you
All of it can be collected in My Party, at your own pace.
- The arrival address and a place for the bus to park
- Guest names, ages, and a parent contact for each
- Allergies, sensitivities, and product notes
- Photo permission for each guest
- A completed waiver for each guest
- Anything you want the host to know about the group
