How preferences are set
The birthday family sets a preference for their own child in the party planner.
Each guest's preference is recorded in the guest list, and the waiver form confirms it in writing.
What the options mean
Photos welcome means the child can appear in party photos. Private means photos are taken for the family only. No photos means the child is kept out of pictures entirely.

The host checks the list before group photo moments and arranges the shot so preferences are respected without anyone feeling excluded.
