What Should Families Know About Photo Permission?

Permission is set per child and honored for the entire celebration.

Plan the Fun

Every guest has a photo permission preference, set by their parent or guardian, and it is respected for the whole party — a child marked as no photos is kept out of every picture taken onboard.

How preferences are set

The birthday family sets a preference for their own child in the party planner.

Each guest's preference is recorded in the guest list, and the waiver form confirms it in writing.

What the options mean

Photos welcome means the child can appear in party photos. Private means photos are taken for the family only. No photos means the child is kept out of pictures entirely.

During the party

The host checks the list before group photo moments and arranges the shot so preferences are respected without anyone feeling excluded.
